Service Description
Designed for rowers and open to everyone, this class focuses on yoga basics to support you on the water and land, including breathing exercises, postures for strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, and recovery techniques. Soha Alaa: She began practising yoga in 2018 and pursued her passion by completing a 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2016, followed by a 500-hour course a year later. Based in Cairo, Soha shares her knowledge through classes and retreats across Egypt. Believing in the balance of mind, body, and soul for wellness, her classes for rowers focus on core strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and breathing techniques to enhance mental clarity and rowing performance.
